1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sportz Pool ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To participate in games, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Game Rules

Sportz Pool operates NFL-style squares games with the following rules:

• Each game consists of a 10x10 grid (100 squares)
• Players select squares before the game cutoff time (1 hour before kickoff)
• Numbers are randomly assigned to rows and columns after the board fills
• Winners are determined each quarter based on the last digit of each team's score
• Payment is processed only when the board is completely filled
• If a board doesn't fill, all selections are cancelled with no charges

5. Payments and Prizes

All payments must be made through approved payment methods. Prize winnings are paid out automatically within 24 hours of game completion. Sportz Pool reserves the right to verify the identity of winners before processing payouts. All transactions are subject to our payment processor's terms and conditions.

6. Fair Play

Users must not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, using automated systems or bots, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes. Violation of fair play rules may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sportz Pool and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sportz Pool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
